Our First Month of Opening: An Exciting Beginning for "Sous le Platane"

One month ago, we had the pleasure of opening the doors of Sous le Platane, the restaurant at Lieu-dit Boulage, nestled in the hills of Marquefave, in the heart of the Volvestre region of Southern France.


After months of planning, dedication and passionate work, we are delighted to see this new adventure off to such a wonderful start.

From the very first days, so many of you came to discover our restaurant and share this new experience with us.

At the heart of our kitchen is Chef Clément Boyé, who creates a menu inspired by the seasons and the finest ingredients available each week.


Our philosophy is simple: to showcase high-quality products, work as closely as possible with local farmers, producers and artisans, and offer refined yet approachable bistronomic cuisine.


By favouring short supply chains and regional expertise, we create a dining experience that is both authentic and constantly evolving, with something new to discover every visit.

We are delighted to welcome our first private and corporate events, including business lunches, seminars, birthdays, family celebrations and many other special occasions.


Our team works closely with every client to create tailor-made experiences that reflect the welcoming spirit of Lieu-dit Boulage.

We welcome you:


Tuesday to Friday: Lunch from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday: Dinner from 7:00 pm

Sunday: Lunch from 12:00 pm


And don't miss our Afterwork evenings every Thursday and Friday from 5:30 pm, the perfect opportunity to relax with colleagues or friends over drinks and seasonal dishes.
