Autumn is settling over the hills, and our menu is changing with it.

At Sous le Platane, in the heart of Lieu-dit Boulage, chef Clément Boyé presents a new seasonal menu: homemade foie gras, slow-cooked lamb shank, baked Mont d’Or cheese and a côte de bœuf to share. All served facing the Pyrenees mountain range.

A restaurant with a view of the Pyrenees

Sous le Platane is set in a beautifully renovated old farmhouse, perched high above the valley. From the dining room and the terraces alike, the view stretches 360° over the countryside and the Pyrenean peaks.

In summer, the large terraces host lunches and dinners in the open air. In autumn and winter, the dining room offers the same view, in the warmth. Free, easy parking is available right in front of the estate.

Our chef’s cuisine: local tradition, reinvented

At the head of the kitchen, chef Clément Boyé works with seasonal produce in a cuisine that is honest and refined. His philosophy fits in one sentence: “Cooking to celebrate flavour and bring people together around the pleasure of being together.”

His Southwest French classics are given a contemporary twist: truffle jus, porcini espuma, chestnuts and red kuri squash. He is also happy to adapt to allergies and personal preferences on request.
